At Herlyn Jewels we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return/exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery using the following options. Please review the information below.
All the discount sales are final, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow for returns for exchanges. Returns will be honoured up to 7 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Standard Return:
Simply select the carrier of your choice. When using this option, we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Please note that there are no returns on personalized items, and order cancellations or modifications are only available within one hour of placing the order by contacting us at +91 9314 916 916. After that, changes are not possible.
Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for something else within 7 days of delivery.
Your original item will need to be returned before we are able to send your new item. Please let us know before doing so and take a clear picture of the item.
If the new item you have chosen has a different monetary value to your original item you will be sent either a money order or refund, whichever is appropriate.
If you are not satisfied with this option, our customer care will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Discount Sale Items:
Discount Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Discount Sale items include any orders bought with promo codes, coupon codes, or sales. All orders that have any codes applied will be considered as final sale.
Orders with a promotional code applied either given by our newsletter email, newsletter pop-up, or any of our promotional platforms are considered discount sale items – any orders using these codes will be valid only for exchange. We will not issue a refund for these items.
